Technology allows customers are able to see exactly what is going on behind the scenes in the preparation of fresh meat products. On-counter touch screens allow customers to select and print off free recipes, as well as nutritional information about the products on sale.
Rainbow Meats prides itself on consistent quality, freshness and range of products available. Product selection has been thoughtfully constructed to ensure it offers selections to suit customer demographics. Products are regularly reassessed, and new lines introduced to keep the range exciting, interesting and in-touch. The introduction of wine has added extra product selection and value adding (a discount is offered on wine, if bought with a meat purchase).
A huge success has been Rainbow Meats’ Footy Tipping competition! Customers are able to place their footy tips weekly, via their Loyalty Card and a touch screen. The Footy Tipping competition offers fabulous prizes, including a car as the major end-of-season prize, and importantly, also includes the involvement and support of around 20 other small business retailers within the Shopping Centre.
