Chirnside Park shoppers were treated to their very-own Master Chef experience, courtesy Australian Pork Ltd (APL) and Rainbow Meats on May 27th!  With shoppers jostling for the best seats, APL’s Mark Hardy demonstrated his deft cooking skills on the mobile kitchen, panfrying tasty pork steaks, using pork mince to create sensational fitters, and turning Japanese with diced pork for tempura pork bites!   Shoppers were able to enjoy the finished products, plus pick up lots of great tips for healthy simple pork meals.
